CHING 7 Quick Fix

Fix what you have

Quick Fix

Fix where you lose buyers, or put a lean enquiry site live so leads reach you while you are busy. Scoped tight, usually about a week.

We confirm scope with you on enquiry.

Quick Fix is enquiry-first: fix where you lose buyers on the site you have, or put a lean enquiry presence live so leads reach you while you are busy. It is one scoped outcome, usually about a week. Card pricing starts from $500. We say what fits in the Business Check.

Path A fixes on what you already have: a check plus priority repairs when the list stays short. Path B is a lean enquiry site scoped to your brief. Most Quick Fixes sit in the $500 to $1,500 range depending on path, pages, media work and custom layout. We confirm scope and price in writing before work starts. The examples below are guides, not a fixed menu.

  • Site check and priority fix (Path A). Review speed, forms, first screen and shared links; fix what is costing enquiries. Often from $500 when the scope stays tight.
  • Faster loads and right-sized images. Pages that feel instant on phones, with images prepared for each screen and delivery tuned for patchy data (we use modern formats and edge delivery under the hood).
  • Enquiry path repair. Forms, email and messaging links tested end to end so you do not miss leads.
  • Shared links that look credible. Title, image and description when someone forwards your link in chat or social (metadata and preview fixes).
  • First screen rewrite. What you sell, proof and how to contact you, without rebuilding every page.
  • Photos touched to look on-brand. Recrop, colour balance, light retouch or simple frames on photos you already have. A shoot is scoped separately when you need new assets.
  • Video made web-ready. Compress, format and place clips so hero video does not slow the site.
  • Social aligned with your enquiry path. Profile, highlights or link-in-bio flow consistent with what buyers see when they click through.
  • Lean enquiry site (Path B). Focused presence when you are not online yet or the current site is not worth saving. Typically $500 to $1,500 depending on pages, media and custom work; $0 a month hosting on the site we build for you, domain renews with your registrar.
  • Light refresh on an existing site. Colours, type and hero when structure is fine but the brand feels dated, as long as scope stays one outcome.

Most Quick Fixes are one or two of these, not the whole list.

  • We target 95 and above on mobile and desktop at handover when Path A or Path B is the right fit and your site is worth fixing without a full rebuild.
  • Path A is for fixable sites: heavy images, slow delivery, weak first screens. Path B is a lean new presence, not a full brand program.
  • If plugins, page weight or broken foundations mean 95+ is not realistic, we tell you in the Business Check or first scope chat, before you pay.
  • When we can hit the target, we show you the scores at handover. When we cannot, you hear why and what would need to change.

Full identity systems, multi-page brand sites, large shops and deep programs need a larger scoped package or Build. We will say so plainly in the Business Check or brief, not after you have paid for a Quick Fix.

This is not a template with your logo dropped on it. Most business sites are put together from a ready-made kit that every competitor can also buy. Yours is built from scratch, in code, around how you sell. Think of it as the difference between a family car and a car built to win the race.

A template gets you online. A custom build gets you chosen.

We learn what is broken or missing, agree a tight scope and price in writing, then fix or ship. We target speed you can show at handover when the site can reach it, and we say early if the job is bigger than a Quick Fix. Tested on real phones before we call it done. Usually about a week when the brief is clear.

  • You work with the senior person. Mike Ching leads every project. No handoffs and no account manager in between.
  • About 20 years in brand and design, so fixes look coherent, not patched together.
  • Small team, direct contact. You message us and the people doing the work answer.
  • You are already online but speed, broken forms or a vague first screen are quietly costing enquiries
  • A trade show, event or campaign is days away and you need a credible enquiry path live in about a week
  • An early-stage founder who needs to look real and reachable fast, with scope kept to one outcome
