CHING 7 is Mike Ching's strategy, design, and in-house build studio. We consult on digital systems, customer experience, and AI for operations, then deliver brand, sites, content, and custom systems for owner-led businesses. This policy explains how we handle information when you use https://ching7.com or contact us through the site.
When you submit a contact form, we may collect your email address, phone number, name, business name, website, role, project brief, and any other details you choose to provide. We also record which enquiry type you selected (general question, workflow walkthrough, package interest such as experience launch or AI for operations sprint, career application, or a fixed package enquiry).
We use your information to respond to enquiries, scope walkthrough or build work, and communicate with you about CHING 7 services. We do not sell your personal information.
Form submissions are sent through our hosting provider to our business email inbox using a transactional email service (Resend). Messages are stored in our email systems for as long as needed to respond and manage client relationships.
The site may store your theme preference (light or dark mode) and whether you have seen the first-visit splash screen in your browser local storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
The site may link to client project URLs. Those services have their own privacy policies. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and email delivery uses Resend.
You can request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can choose not to submit a contact form, though we will not be able to respond through the site without contact details you provide.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
