CHING 7 is Mike Ching's strategy, design, and in-house build studio. We consult on digital systems, customer experience, and AI for operations, then deliver brand, sites, content, and custom systems for owner-led businesses. Portfolio work, case studies, and copy on this site are provided for general information and to showcase services. Nothing on the site is a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
When you submit a contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree not to submit spam, unlawful content, or automated abuse through our forms.
Site design, copy, and original assets on this site are owned by CHING 7 or respective clients unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, scrape, or republish site content for commercial use without written permission. Client work shown in the portfolio remains subject to client agreements.
Formal project agreements (including workflow walkthroughs, build scope, fees, timelines, revisions, and intellectual property for deliverables) are provided separately when you engage CHING 7. Website use terms do not replace a signed or written project agreement.
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes from reading the site or submitting an enquiry.
To the extent permitted by law, CHING 7 and Mike Ching are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Liability related to paid project work is governed by the relevant project agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If a dispute arises, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal remedies.
