The problem
Export buyers could not browse one-of-a-kind carvings. Pieces sat in photos and threads with no shared species, category, or enquiry path, and publishing each new piece was slow manual work.
What we built
We mapped the export buyer journey, then built customer experience on Astro and Cloudflare Pages: category grids, species storytelling, journal content, and WhatsApp-led pricing. For operations we wired agentic studio workflows, lighting through capture, and bulk image ingest so unique pieces could publish without a bottleneck.
What it does
AI-assisted capture workflow: studio lighting presets, batch naming, and upload into the catalog
Agentic steps for cropping, metadata, and placement so unique carvings publish without one-off manual edits
Category browse: animal carvings, Buddha statues, deity, home & lifestyle
Price-on-enquiry product cards with timber species and reference IDs
Journal articles on hardwood care and Sri Lankan species
Heritage stats, species highlights, and enquiry call to action
Astro on Cloudflare Pages with optimised mobile catalog UX
Result
Collectors browse by category and timber, then enquire on the piece they want. The team publishes faster with guarded AI assists instead of one-off edits per carving.
